When Android reports a conflict
An update can fail if its package identity or signing certificate differs from the installed copy. A corrupt or incomplete file can also stop installation.
Do not remove your installed copy just to dismiss an error. Uninstalling can delete local data. First check the source and your account access, then follow the guidance supplied for that app.
